Near the city, but a world apart, The Great House is designed for freedom. Come and join me for a morning workshop and discover why gut health matters and how to take care of yours. Learn about the signs of a happy healthy gut, the lowdown on the microbiome, and where fermented foods and probiotics fit in to the gut health picture.

Saturday 28th – Sunday 29th June – Hunston Manor House Presents Get Gut Healthy – a 1 day Retreat in Sussex
Hunston Manor House in beautiful West Sussex welcomes you to spend the day practicing age old methods of fermenting, baking and yoga in its stunning and secluded oasis of natural beauty and calm.
You’ll start with a yoga session to wake up your gut, before heading to a workshop to learn about what to eat for a happy gut.
Lunch will be served outside (weather permitting!) before an afternoon of fermentation and baking.
You will come away feeling nourished and brimming with knowledge, with delicious foods; prebiotic breads, probiotic ferments, first hand scientific insights, plus a gut-health themed goody bag!
