If the answer is too long ago to remember, then this is for you – a call to press pause, rest, recharge and immerse yourself with a 24 hour gut health retreat at Hunston Manor House with myself, fermenting expert Flora and Baking master Karen on Saturday 28 to Sunday 29th September 2019. Sound dreamy? Yep, this is going to be a WONDERFUL retreat, so I don’t want you to miss it!
So what are we getting up to? Well, this retreat has been curated to leave you with all the skills and knowledge you need to take care of your gut health, alongside plenty of space to rest and relax. I’ll be on hand to guide you through eating for digestive wellbeing, with lots of time to answer all the questions you have about diet and gut health. Flora will be leading you through a summer fermenting workshop – where you’ll get your own SCOBY – and Karen will be leading a fabulous Teff Bread Baking class and chatting about her journey with IBS.
Interspersed with the workshops will be a picnic lunch, a beach walk or swim and a fabulous digestion focused yoga class with .. And as the daylight fades, we’ll be hosting a delicious two course dinner celebrating prebiotics and probiotics, followed by a campfire and natural wine tasting. You’ll then go off to rest with an overnight stay before leaving the next morning feeling recharged, inspired, a belly full of goodness and a bag packed with goodys to continue your journey at home.
